The customer may send a message, screenshot, receipt, transfer reference, or other evidence claiming that payment was made.
AI may extract a name, bank, amount, date, or reference, and the evidence may be attached to the relevant order for review.
The business checks its bank or authorized provider before marking the order paid, issuing a final receipt, releasing goods, or completing delivery.
A screenshot is evidence to review—not proof of final settlement.
Payment evidence can be altered, duplicated, unrelated, reversed, or incomplete. KOMERRA does not ordinarily hold or act as escrow for customer money paid to a business.
KOMERRA uses Credits as service units for designated platform actions. Credits are not customer money, bank deposits, investments, or a transferable cash balance.

The live workflow, Pricing page, or Billing interface should show the current cost where a charge applies.
Eligible new businesses may begin with 20 free actions under the current trial terms. Trial availability, eligibility, expiry conditions, and included actions may change.
Current Credit prices, bundle sizes, action costs, provider charges, promotions, and commercial plans should be taken from the live Pricing and Billing interfaces rather than old screenshots or marketing copy.
Where a Credit is deducted but the chargeable action fails before providing the material service, KOMERRA should restore the affected Credit automatically or after review according to the applicable workflow.

KOMERRA can organize confirmed records into operational summaries covering sales, payments recorded, outstanding balances, stock activity, follow-ups, customer activity, failed workflows, and other available business signals.
