The sale often begins in a conversation
A customer asks for a price, confirms a colour, sends an address, negotiates delivery, and promises to transfer—all inside chat.
Meet the thinking behind KOMERRA.
Across Africa, extraordinary businesses are built through conversations, relationships, resilience, and daily execution. KOMERRA exists to give those businesses serious operational infrastructure without asking them to stop working like themselves.

African entrepreneurs have built remarkable businesses with tools that were never designed to carry the full weight of those businesses.
Walk through a Nigerian market, open Instagram, or scroll through a busy WhatsApp Business Account and you will find world-class selling: product knowledge, customer relationships, negotiation, speed, creativity, and trust.
A customer can discover a product, ask questions, negotiate, place an order, provide delivery details, make payment, and request an update without ever leaving the conversation.
The difficulty often begins after the customer says yes. Someone still has to create the order, remember the balance, update the stock, issue the document, notify the customer, plan delivery, follow up, and later explain what happened across the business.
KOMERRA was created for that gap: the distance between a successful conversation and an organized business operation.
A customer asks for a price, confirms a colour, sends an address, negotiates delivery, and promises to transfer—all inside chat.
The order may remain inside memory, screenshots, notebooks, voice notes, bank alerts, and message scrollback until someone finds time to organize it.
More customers can mean more forgotten follow-ups, unclear balances, missing receipts, uncertain stock, duplicated work, and harder decisions.
Many systems begin by asking the business to abandon the channels, language, habits, and customer relationships that already make the business work.
Transformation should not begin by dismissing the channels and behaviours that already connect a business to its customers.
The software industry often asks African businesses to become different businesses before they can receive better tools: move every customer into a new system, rebuild every process, learn unfamiliar accounting language, and stop selling through the channels customers already use.
KOMERRA begins from the opposite direction. The conversation is not treated as an inconvenience that must disappear. It is treated as a legitimate source of business activity that can be understood, reviewed, and connected to structured operations.
That means working with informal language, incomplete information, part-payments, local delivery descriptions, voice notes, product photos, screenshots, returning customers, and the many human details that ordinary business software often ignores.
KOMERRA does not attempt to replace the relationship between a business and its customers. It helps the business organize what that relationship produces.
KOMERRA is designed to connect business understanding, structured records, customer-facing workflows, and accountable action inside one operating environment.
Authorized customer messages, voice notes, screenshots, enquiries, requests, and follow-up discussions.
Customers, orders, products, quantities, delivery instructions, stock activity, balances, and reminders.
Invoices, quotations, receipts, delivery notes, summaries, reports, and other business documents.
Review, correction, confirmation, staff permissions, notifications, follow-ups, and connected business actions.
Mini Store listings, customer orders, business payment instructions, uploaded payment evidence, and fulfilment administration.
AI-assisted extraction, organization, summaries, recommendations, missed-opportunity signals, and decision-ready insights.
AI understands
Messages, documents, images, voice notes, business language, and relevant Workspace context.
KOMERRA validates
Tenant, permissions, identifiers, prices, arithmetic, records, workflow state, and provider results.
The business decides
What becomes final, what is communicated, what is recorded, and which action should proceed.
The product may evolve, but these operating principles should remain visible in how KOMERRA is designed, described, and governed.
Substance over theatre
No invented testimonials, decorative dashboards, hidden calculations, or impressive-looking figures disconnected from real business records.
AI assists; authority stays controlled
AI can extract, organize, summarize, translate, and recommend. Trusted application logic, permissions, verified records, and people remain responsible for important actions.
Strict where trust matters
Money, identity, permissions, customer records, stock, Credits, and security-sensitive actions require deterministic controls and appropriate verification.
The business keeps the relationship
KOMERRA supports the seller without replacing the seller, taking ownership of the customer relationship, or becoming the merchant in the transaction.
Important activity should leave evidence
Orders, documents, payment status, approvals, Credit movements, staff activity, and sensitive changes should be traceable rather than dependent on memory.
Honest claims before impressive claims
Product availability, integrations, languages, assurance, verification, and performance should be described according to what has actually been released and confirmed.
KOMERRA is designed for businesses that need stronger operations without turning everyday work into an enterprise-software implementation project.
The business we recognize
“We are already selling. We need help keeping everything organized, following up, serving customers properly, and understanding what is happening.”
KOMERRA is not designed around the assumption that the business has a large operations team, a dedicated accountant, a software administrator, or unlimited time for data entry.
Fashion, beauty, accessories, and lifestyle businesses
Food vendors, caterers, restaurants, and bakers
Wholesalers, distributors, and importers
Electronics, home, and consumer-goods sellers
Service providers, consultants, and creative businesses
Growing merchants managing staff, customers, and multiple sales channels
Product suitability depends on the business, country, industry, legal requirements, payment methods, connected providers, and the features currently available in the relevant KOMERRA release.
We begin with depth: understanding the market, language, workflows, constraints, and trust patterns of the place where KOMERRA was created.
KOMERRA is being built from Nigeria because Nigeria is not an abstract market to us. It is the operating environment that shapes the questions, trade-offs, language, payment behaviour, customer expectations, and business realities the product must understand.
Nigeria-first means treating Naira, local payments, informal commerce, direct messaging, part-payments, delivery landmarks, multilingual communication, and relationship-driven selling as first-class product realities rather than unusual edge cases.
It also means refusing to assume that every African market is identical. Expansion requires deliberate work around currencies, regulation, languages, providers, consumer expectations, infrastructure, and local business practice.
Our ambition is continental, but our approach is not to paint every market with one brush. We intend to earn relevance country by country.
Our starting point
Built in Nigeria.
Engineered for Africa.
Real business language is multilingual, abbreviated, contextual, spoken, visual, informal, and frequently incomplete.
KOMERRA’s product direction includes support for English, Nigerian English, Pidgin, and selected Nigerian languages, alongside mixed-language messages, voice notes, screenshots, abbreviations, and local business expressions.
Language availability and performance may differ by feature, provider, model, input quality, dialect, release, and market. We should communicate those differences honestly rather than pretending every language has identical coverage.
Accessibility also means reducing unnecessary jargon, explaining consequences, showing the source of an AI suggestion, providing correction pathways, making important costs visible, and designing workflows that can be understood without specialist training.
The goal is not to hide serious business concepts. It is to present them in a way that helps the user act correctly and confidently.
KOMERRA’s Credit-based model is intended to connect eligible charges to useful product actions rather than hide value behind an abstract monthly commitment.
Credits
Credits are service units used for eligible chargeable actions. They are not cash, deposits, investments, remittance value, or customer funds.
Current prices, bundle sizes, promotions, action costs, and plan options should always be verified through the live Pricing and Billing interfaces because the commercial model may evolve.
Our intention is simple: a growing business should be able to begin using serious software without first making a large financial commitment or paying for capacity it does not need.
Eligible new businesses can begin with 20 free actions under the current trial offering and applicable terms. This allows the business to experience real workflows before purchasing additional Credits.
Billing should remain inspectable. A business should be able to understand what an action costs, when a Credit was deducted, what the Credit paid for, and whether a failed action was restored.
KOMERRA may introduce bundles, recurring plans, enterprise agreements, or other commercial options as the product matures. When that happens, the relevant terms should be stated clearly instead of hidden behind outdated promises.
Many problems are treated as unavoidable simply because the available tools were not designed for the people experiencing them.
A business losing an order because the details disappeared inside message scrollback
A customer balance being remembered differently by different staff members
A receipt being issued from guesswork instead of an authorized payment record
A staff member having more access than their role genuinely requires
AI quietly performing a sensitive action without permission or meaningful review
A payment screenshot being treated as final evidence that money settled
A small business being forced to adopt unnecessary complexity before receiving serious operational tools
Trust being reduced to a badge that nobody can inspect or understand
KOMERRA should be ambitious about what it can improve and precise about what it does not control.
That includes authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, trusted server-side validation, provider verification, logging, monitoring, privacy-aware processing, and incident response within KOMERRA’s control.
Businesses remain responsible for their products, customer promises, staff access, source information, payment confirmation, delivery, legal obligations, and final business decisions.
AI can be useful without being infallible. It should communicate uncertainty, respect permissions, remain within defined tools, and require appropriate review before sensitive actions.
Trust is not the absence of risk.
Trust is created by clear responsibilities, controlled access, verifiable claims, appropriate safeguards, traceable decisions, honest communication, and a willingness to improve when something fails.

“Wake up to your business, already organized.”
The promise is not that software will run a business without its owner. The promise is that the work already happening across the business can become clearer, more connected, more accountable, and easier to act on.

Long-term direction
The everyday business infrastructure for African commerce.
We want businesses to begin each day with a clearer understanding of their customers, orders, balances, stock, follow-ups, documents, staff activity, opportunities, and risks.
We want customers to interact with businesses that can provide clearer information, professional records, trustworthy public profiles, organized ordering, and more accountable service.
We want advanced software capabilities to become accessible to everyday businesses without forcing those businesses to become software companies.
That future will not be built through one dramatic launch. It will be built through reliable releases, customer feedback, careful market expansion, stronger controls, and thousands of small improvements that earn the right to become part of a business’s daily operation.
KOMERRA is being shaped by the realities of the people who will use it—not by assumptions made far away from their customers and daily work.
Feedback does not mean every requested feature will be built exactly as proposed. It means real business needs, recurring failures, customer behaviour, and operational evidence should influence the roadmap more than product theatre.
