Before repeating the action
Check whether it already completed.
Repeating an uncertain payment, message, order, Credit purchase, document, import, or destructive action can create duplicates. Review its current status and history first.
Preparing a place for your message.
Practical guidance for setting up KOMERRA, using AI safely, managing orders and documents, understanding Credits, operating customer-facing pages, protecting your Account, and getting support when something goes wrong.
Most issues can be narrowed down by identifying the affected Workspace, workflow, provider, status, and last successful step.
Before repeating the action
Repeating an uncertain payment, message, order, Credit purchase, document, import, or destructive action can create duplicates. Review its current status and history first.
Answers are grouped by the business task involved. Feature availability may depend on your Account, permissions, country, provider, plan, and current release.
Create an Account, set up your Workspace, and prepare KOMERRA for everyday business activity.
Select Start Free, enter the requested Account information, and complete any email-verification step shown. After sign-in, KOMERRA guides you through creating or joining a business Workspace and adding the information needed for the features you intend to use.
A payment card is not ordinarily required to create an Account. Eligible new businesses may receive free actions under the current trial offer. The live signup, Pricing, and Billing interfaces show the offer and conditions currently available to your Account.
Trial eligibility, included actions, expiry conditions, and availability may change.
Where resumable onboarding is available, completed steps are saved so you can continue later. Some features may remain limited until required business, security, document, payment, or contact information has been provided.
Begin with your business name, contact information, logo, country, currency, products or services, document details, and the payment instructions you are authorized to show customers. Only provide information that is accurate and appropriate for the selected feature.
Yes, where a Workspace owner or authorized administrator sends you a valid invitation. Your access depends on the role and permissions assigned to you. Do not create a duplicate Workspace merely because you have not yet received the correct invitation.
Understand how AI proposals, conversation processing, corrections, and approvals work.
Describe the customer, products or services, quantities, prices, payment information, delivery details, or required follow-up in ordinary business language. KOMERRA may extract a structured proposal for review before the applicable record or action is completed.
Connected-channel processing may be available where the business has authorized a supported provider connection and the relevant feature is enabled. Availability can depend on the provider, Account, country, approval status, plan, and current KOMERRA release.
KOMERRA should never access a private channel merely because the business mentioned it during onboarding.
Sensitive and high-impact workflows should require an authorized user and meaningful confirmation. Some lower-risk or deliberately configured automated workflows may operate according to approved Workspace settings, permissions, limits, and safeguards.
Correct the affected customer, item, quantity, amount, date, recipient, payment status, or delivery information before approval. Compare important proposals with the original message, document, image, or voice note rather than relying only on the generated summary.
KOMERRA is designed around African business communication, including English, Nigerian English, Pidgin, and selected Nigerian languages. Coverage and accuracy may vary by feature, model, language, dialect, provider, input quality, and release.
No. AI may extract information from a receipt, screenshot, message, or transfer evidence, but that evidence is not final proof of settlement. The business must confirm customer payment through its bank or authorized payment provider.
Create, review, update, and trace orders, balances, customers, and fulfilment activity.
Open Orders and select the available new-order action, or describe the order through the AI assistant. Review the customer, items, quantities, prices, discounts, payment status, and delivery information before saving or confirming it.
Check the spelling, telephone number, email address, Workspace, filters, archive state, and whether the customer was saved successfully. Avoid creating duplicate customers until you confirm that the original record does not exist.
A balance may be calculated from confirmed orders, payments recorded, adjustments, refunds, and other authorized transactions associated with the customer. Review the underlying records before using the balance for collection or customer communication.
Authorized users may be able to edit, cancel, fulfil, refund, or otherwise update an order according to its current state and their permissions. Material changes should remain visible in the activity or audit history where applicable.
Record the amount genuinely confirmed, leave the remaining amount outstanding, and review the resulting customer balance. Do not mark the full order as paid merely because the customer submitted unverified evidence.
Confirm that the order was saved to the correct Workspace, falls within the selected date range, has the expected status, and is not excluded by filters. Recently completed background processing may also require a short refresh before appearing.
Prepare professional invoices, quotations, receipts, delivery notes, and reports.
Open the relevant order or the Invoices area and select the available invoice action. Review the business details, customer, items, quantities, prices, taxes, payment instructions, amount paid, and balance before generating or sending the document.
Confirm that a valid logo has been uploaded successfully to the correct Workspace and selected in the business or document settings. The chosen document template must also support logo display.
Review the payment details saved in the correct business profile and confirm that they are enabled for the selected document or customer-facing workflow. Never publish personal or business bank details that you are not authorized to use.
An invoice ordinarily requests or records an amount due. A receipt ordinarily acknowledges a payment that the business has genuinely confirmed. Do not issue a final paid receipt solely from a screenshot, AI extraction, or customer claim.
A delivery note records the items intended for fulfilment and may include customer, address, landmark, delivery, collection, or recipient information. It does not independently prove payment, delivery, acceptance, or ownership.
Where editing or regeneration is supported, correct the source order, customer, product, business profile, or document settings and generate an updated version. Preserve the earlier version where accounting, customer, legal, or audit requirements make that necessary.
Manage products, services, quantities, stock movements, prices, and availability.
Open Inventory or Products and select the available add action. Provide an accurate name, price, unit, description, stock behaviour, images, and other information required for the intended workflow.
Bulk import may be available through a supported CSV or spreadsheet template. Review the required columns and validate the import preview before confirming, especially prices, quantities, identifiers, currencies, and duplicate products.
Stock should change only through an authorized and configured inventory workflow, such as confirmation, fulfilment, cancellation, return, or manual adjustment. The exact trigger may depend on the Workspace settings and current product implementation.
Use an authorized stock-adjustment action and provide a clear reason such as a new supply, damage, return, correction, or physical count. Avoid deleting transaction history merely to make the current quantity look correct.
Check its active status, stock quantity, Mini Store visibility, selected variants, sales-channel settings, date restrictions, and whether another user or import changed the record.
Where supported, a service can use availability, booking capacity, or non-stock tracking instead of ordinary physical inventory. Select the configuration that accurately reflects how the business supplies the service.
Understand free actions, chargeable actions, Credit purchases, verification, usage, and disputes.
The live Pricing, Billing, or confirmation interface shows the Credit cost or monetary charge currently applicable to an eligible action. Costs may differ by feature, provider, model, country, plan, or promotional offer.
Do not rely on old screenshots, previous marketing copy, or third-party articles for current prices.
Some navigation, viewing, settings, record-management, trial, or promotional activities may be free, while designated processing, provider, document, messaging, AI, or premium actions may consume Credits. Review the displayed cost before confirmation.
Open Billing, choose an available bundle, review the quantity, price, currency, taxes, Workspace, and provider, and complete the provider checkout. Credits should be allocated only after KOMERRA verifies the payment through a trusted server-side process.
Do not immediately repeat the payment. Check Billing and the selected Workspace, then contact support with the provider reference, amount, currency, date, approximate time, and Account email. Never send a card security code, bank PIN, password, or one-time password.
Purchased Credits expire only where an applicable expiry rule was clearly disclosed before purchase. Trial, promotional, gifted, bonus, or referral Credits may have separate expiry or eligibility conditions.
Review Usage History or Billing for the action, amount, time, status, user, and reference where available. If a Credit was deducted for an action that failed before delivering the material service, request a Credit review.
Manage public business information, products, customer orders, trust signals, and payment evidence.
A Mini Store is a customer-facing business page through which a business may present products or services and organize customer orders. The business—not KOMERRA—is ordinarily the seller and remains responsible for its products, prices, delivery, refunds, warranties, and customer service.
KOMERRA does not ordinarily hold or act as escrow for money paid by a Mini Store customer. The customer pays the business or its selected provider according to the payment instructions presented by the business.
The upload may be attached to the order and may be processed for extraction or review. The business must independently confirm settlement through its bank or authorized provider before marking the order paid or releasing goods.
Check whether the page is published, the Workspace is active, required business information has been completed, products are visible, public access is enabled, and no moderation, verification, security, or policy restriction applies.
A Trust Passport may display business information, completed checks, policies, activity, or other trust signals. It is not a guarantee of delivery, product quality, solvency, honesty, future conduct, government approval, or financial safety.
Use the available report action or contact support with the Mini Store or Trust Passport link, affected statement, supporting information, and reason for the concern.
Protect credentials, sessions, staff permissions, passkeys, Workspaces, and private records.
Use the Forgot Password option on the login page and follow the instructions sent to the registered email address. A successful password reset may revoke existing sessions according to the applicable security workflow.
Secure the device, email Account, telephone number, browser, password manager, and other connected services. Sign in from a trusted device, change your password, review sessions and passkeys where available, and contact support if unauthorized access is suspected.
KOMERRA is designed to separate protected Workspace information through authentication, authorization, tenant context, and tenant-aware data controls. No internet-connected system can honestly be described as impossible to compromise, so suspected cross-business access should be reported immediately.
Give each staff member individual access where available and assign the least permission required for their work. Do not share one owner password among staff members. Remove or reduce access promptly when responsibilities change.
A passkey can use a device PIN, fingerprint, facial unlock, or security key to approve authentication. The raw biometric template ordinarily remains with the device or operating-system provider rather than being sent to KOMERRA.
Use the available Account deletion control or contact support if you cannot sign in. Account deletion, Workspace deletion, leaving a Workspace, removing a staff member, and disconnecting an integration are different actions.
Get help with keyboard access, screen readers, documents, zoom, motion, and alternative formats.
Contact support with the page, task, device, operating system, browser, assistive technology, zoom level, expected result, and barrier experienced. Include “Accessibility Barrier” in the subject where possible.
Where a digital barrier prevents completion of a core task, KOMERRA will consider a reasonable accessible alternative such as structured text, a table, another document format, or an assisted process.
Documents uploaded by a business or third party may not contain selectable text, correct reading order, headings, labels, or other accessibility structure. Ask the relevant business or support team for an accessible alternative where necessary.
A clear report reduces back-and-forth and helps connect the visible problem with the correct Account, Workspace, transaction, provider, or request.
Explain what you were trying to do, the page or feature involved, and the result you expected.
Provide the Account email, business name, Workspace, approximate time, browser, device, provider, and request or transaction reference where relevant.
Redact unrelated records and never send passwords, one-time passwords, recovery codes, bank PINs, private keys, or card security codes.
State whether the issue blocks login, payment, customer service, document access, security, accessibility, or another time-sensitive task.
Support will not ask for your password or financial secrets.
Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, recovery codes, private keys, bank PINs, card security codes, or authentication tokens. Screenshots and statements should hide unrelated customers, transactions, and sensitive information.
Use the correct subject and include enough information for the team to protect the Account or reconcile the transaction.
Security concern
Secure the affected email Account and device, reset exposed credentials, and contact support with “Security Report” in the subject. Include the affected Account, Workspace, page, approximate time, observed activity, and safe supporting evidence.
Do not continue testing a suspected vulnerability, access another person’s records, disrupt production, or publish sensitive details before they can be investigated.
Payment concern
Use “Payment Review” in the subject and include the provider reference, amount, currency, date, approximate time, Account email, Workspace, bundle, and current Credit status.
Do not repeat a pending transaction until its status is clear. A browser redirect or screenshot does not independently prove that the provider confirmed the payment.
These resources explain the boundaries and safeguards that short troubleshooting answers cannot cover fully.
Authentication, tenant separation, payments, auditability, incidents, providers, and shared responsibility.

Use the contact page when the issue requires Account-specific investigation, payment reconciliation, accessibility support, security review, or information that should not be posted publicly.
Include useful references and explain whether the matter affects login, customer service, money, security, documents, accessibility, or another urgent business task.
